Common questions

The tracker says "paused" or "stale"

Open the app and pull to refresh on the Today screen. If that does not resolve it, go to Settings and confirm location permission is set to "Always". iOS occasionally suspends background tasks during long stationary periods — walking out the door usually wakes it back up via the home geofence.

My day has gaps

Gap blocks appear on the timeline when the tracker had no signal or was temporarily suspended. If a gap sits between two stops at the same address, the app usually merges them into a single stop automatically, with the offline portion visible as a sub-block.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), not by us. On iOS, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Request an account or data deletion

All app data lives on your device — Settings → Erase all captured data wipes it locally. If you also want us to delete your subscription record with our subscription provider, email us and we will submit the request on your behalf.
